BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT IN YOUR COMMUNITY & ONLINE RESOURCES

For breastfeeding support in your community visit:ONTARIOBREASTFEEDS.CA

Once you are on the site, click on “search now” for breastfeeding resources near you. This will take you to a search screen and you will have a number of choices as to how you can conduct your search.

You can search by:

  1. Your city or town.
  2. The type of service you are looking for (such as by telephone, classes, clinics, drop-ins, group, home visiting, in person, or online).
  3. The geographic areas are broken down under those located in the catchment area of Public Health Units and those located in Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs).
  4. Public Health Units throughout Ontario provide a variety of breastfeeding services, support and information, so be sure to check out what is available through your local health department.
